Puff pastry pockets with hummus
I was doing some catering lately, and people wanted some snack food. This is what I made them. Puff pastry pocked filled with hummus. Everybody loves hummus! Okay, almost everybody. But these were great, warm and/or cold. Perfect solution for parties. With or without drinks aside.
Tip: serve them with some sauce, preferably the red ones.
These look yummy! I would never have thought to use hummus as a filler in a pastry! I must try these myself, thanks for the idea! :D
