Szechuan Meat
Steemian friends or cooking tips for all of you, hopefully be useful, especially for housewife who is confused in terms of cuisine.
Seasoning ingredient :
200gr Meat sengkel sapi (boiled).
1 pack of Sazchuan sauces.
2 cloves garlic (minced).
3 pieces of curly pepper chilli (optional, can replace rawit or ga plus also ga ga problem).
Sugar, salt and flavor according to taste
1 pieces of sauteed bombay.
Meat that has been boiled cut into taste and then marination ± 1 hour with a pack of saori sezchuan, set aside..
Saute garlic until fragrant, input the meat already in marination .. add 1 cup water, sugar, salt and Royco, cook until the water shrinks.. Put in bombay and chilli curl that has been pan-fried. Correction of taste. Done !
