My name is Tasha, I reside on Turtle Island off grid in a small community. I have been homesteading for a few years now with my 3 goats, 3 dogs, cat and as of recently bees & chickens. I produce my own power and live in a modified trailer with a woodstove. I look forward to connecting with like minded individuals and blogging about my endeavors. :)

Glad to see another new Steemer! Your off grid experience soynds very interesting. One point of interest is how yoy hamdle internet access? ✌💛
We have line of sight satellite signal only because we are close enough to the city to do so. So it's just as fast as regular internet and also as affordable. At my last place deep in the woods I had to use Xplornet and it was not very good. You only get a limited amount of data usage and it's more expensive.
