The DiaryGame [07/03/2024]: A stressful day

Steem greeting to @everyone from my hometown Bamenda, precisely from Northwest region of Cameroon.Its another bright new to start on with our activities for day . We are now experiencing rainy season in my location, some days are rainy for a short period of time .Eventhough, in the night the heat is not friendly as you see everyone sweating and even Its hard to sleep comfortable. Hoping a calm weather after, the rain has fallen well.

Early in the morning at 5:30am I was up from bed .The previous I was already alert by my boss we will meet today in town. Let me asist him to arrange and filled some school documents to be completed today. This is because because my boss need to submits these school documents by the end of this week in the the ministry of secondary education. We all agreed we will meet at 8:00am at a venue in town.

As the mother of the house I had to baths my kids,Made them breakfast and ensure they should eat well. After, I freshened up and when I was done prepared I left the house with my son, took a taxi at the roadside dropped him in school .Before heading to town in a taxi to meet my boss.I arrived at the venue in town exactly at the time we agreed .Unfortunately my boss was not there.

When it comes to time management and punctuality my boss is the best .I was shocked he was not yet there before me . The venue was more of offices I sat down inthe particular office he located me to go there and had to call him .I tried calling but my boss was not picking as the phone was ringing.I tried to exercise patient while waiting for him and sitting idle I login into Steemit using my mobile phone .I decided to participate in Steemit Engagement challenge in Steemit iron chef .The topic was focused on “My own contest topic”.

While writing I thought I will see my boss soon . I got finished in some few minutes and posted my content. It’s was stressful and disappointing as I was on able to get to my boss . At on points I decided to leave, on my way not far from the office entrance.I received a call from my boss apologizing telling me in few minutes he will be here and will explain to me what happened.

My boss arrived when I was already angry for keeping me waiting for almost 3hours.He really felt bad keeping me all this while and apologized .He had a problem with his car on his way and needed a car mechanic to solve the problem. Immediately he settle down and we have to treats all the documents and completed it abiut 3:00pm .It’s was really stressful for me working on pressure .

When we were done I had to go to the market and buy some food items before heading to the house.My boss requested us to seat in the restaurant and eat but i couldn’t because very soon it will rush hour time in the market .While in the market, I started by buying fresh fish from the cold store .I was luckily as I was the last person they served .Trying to moveto the foods item area where vendors sells .Rain started falling and pour heavily .I had to look for place to stand , I moved to petrol station building and stood there for sometime.

It’s was rainy almost 2hours heavily without non stop. The population standing at total waiting for rain to seised so that they can continue with their normal activities .Car and bike riders where there as they have packed .I started feeling so stressful as wind waves was passing on us . I couldn’t enter the market as rain stopped.It’s was already closing period, decided to take a motorbike rider to drop me in my destination. A lady was selling boil corn at the petrol station I bought some for my kids and my husband before leaving.

The bike rider drop me at my entrance to my house,I gave a command to one vendor a lady selling huckleberry.To fixed my own in the morning while coming back home I will collect it Inthe evening .I made sure I paid her because I know most huckleberry vendors they are very easy to disappoints .While at her place , I thought I will just collect my fixed huckleberry. Surprisingly the lady was still struggling to round up with my huckleberry.I was so angry and told her am not happy with her .

I had to joined and assists her for us to fixed the my huckleberry fast . She apologized by saying she already fixed my huckleberry in the morning and sold it to a costumer.Thinking that she will replace my huckleberry soon but rain disturb . I told her straight next time she repeats this I will not support her again .When ,we were done I put my huckleberry in a sack and left strekked back home.

While at home my kids were so happy to see me ,I gave them boil corn I bought for them to eat. Later, went to the kitchen heated leftovers food and we ate as dinner .I was very tired 😴 and needed an enough rest .I went to bed early at 7:00pm by calling it a day .What a stressful day for me.Wishing all the women on this platform happy women’s day in advance ✌️let love lead as you celebrate your day.
