Talk to Jesus about the anger and the difficult emotions that are happening to you.
You can use the prayer to Jesus to tell him about the difficult situations you are going through in life. Prayer is beneficial to face emotions such as frustration and pain itself.
If you can talk to God and be He controlling your emotions, then you can become an emotional support that you can use to calm down.
When something bad happens to you (for example, if you lose your job), you can pray to Jesus to be the one to help you process the emotions and find relief for stress.
You have to remember what it says in John 15: 11-13: John 15: 11-13:
I have told you this so that you may have my joy and thus your joy be complete. 12 And this is my commandment: love one another, as I have loved you. 13 No one has greater love than to give his life for his friends.
Understand with a different opportunity the difficult things that have happened to you and that you want to change.
In your prayers to Jesus you have an opportunity to think about the reason why certain things have happened to you.
Perhaps when you reconsider the circumstances you will be able to understand how God has used something bad in your life for something good.
Consider the beatitudes.
Jesus, in the sermon on Mount Matthew 5: 1-12
Blessed are those who mourn,
because they will be comforted.
Blessed are the humble,
because they will receive the land as an inheritance.
Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for justice,
because they will be satiated.
Blessed are the compassionate,
because they will be treated with compassion.
Blessed are those with a clean heart,
because they will see God.
Blessed are those who work for peace,
because they will be called children of God.
Blessed are those persecuted for the sake of justice,
because the kingdom of heaven belongs to them.
