My Heart Dropped : As You Hit The Ground
I felt a resonating force go through my body.
Alarm bells in my head telling me something is wrong.
I was numb in the moment but soon the realization hit.
What I took for granted is gone, and soon my wallet split.
As though my hands were made of butter, fumbling all around.
My nerves began to stutter, my heart dropped as you hit the ground.
Now your face is broken, slices me with every caress.
My morning is now ruined, my week now in duress.
I just shattered my phone screen...
