Greetings Dtubers!!
It has been a while since I last posted on Dtube. I was busy with work, and also busy arranging my kids for school. I hardly had time to even post anything on steemit, except for my #share2steem post only.
This week I was at our Fabrication Yard to try out a new product. The product name is ZINGA. It is a film galvanising coating system to prevent rust on carbon steels. It only works on carbon steels and not any other steels like stainless steel or aluminium. As we all know that carbon steel tend to rust, when exposed to air especially when it is at sea weather condition. Since I am in the Oil & Gas industry, I would like to share this product to you for the benefits of everyone. This product is good, not only for the Oil & Gas industry, it is also good for the Contruction industry, roof metals or road construction.

The powertool removing rust is so satisfying to watch. I wish it were a longer shot haha
Is zinga an anti-rust material? has zinc in it?
oh I just read the description and found the answer :D never knew they came in spray cans now, learnt about it way back in school!

The main ingredient is zinc. It is a product of Belgium, and we are going to used it for our platform offshore. This product will save us on maintenance cost as it gives a coating system to the carbon steels.
I’m glad you liked it. I wished I can do more videos on the fabrication, however because of safety aspect, we are not allowed to take video too much when there is hotwork. You can google zinga for more info. I personally believe it is a great product if you want to maintain your structural steel.
