It's a delicacy more popular in the eastern part of nigeria,mostly served in restaurants and in special occasions or at will. It taste is that which u won't want to go a day without having it.

Ingredients used in preparing it are
1)cow leg
2)seasoning cubes
3)palm oil
4)chilli pepper
5)utazi leaf
6)blended crayfish
7)grounded potash
8)oil bean
9)salt to taste
10)onion
