Hello everyone;
The new members of the 4 community curation team are pleased to be able to introduce ourselves as part of the team that this month will bring Steemit's contribution to all those authors of 100% original and exclusive content.
A valuable contribution that represents the support of this platform provides
By doing so, you will not only add value to the Steemit community, but also increase your chances of getting support from Team 3. And also, we are looking for quality feedback.
Therefore, we ask everyone to also participate in thoughtful and valuable discussions about the posts of others.

Curatión guidelines
As part of Steemit's support to all those users committed to the interaction and growth of the platform, we present the following basic guidelines to be able to benefit from the contribution of our team 4.
✅ The post must be #steemexclusive.
✅ All posts must be plagiarism free and if images are used they must be their own or copyright free with proper source attribution.
✅ Users must be free of bot votes.
✅ The user must follow the club #club5050, #club75 or #club100 which is mandatory.
✅ We will support posts and comments on the entire Steemit platform, regardless of any tag or community (in or out).
✅ Posts must be at least 300 words. Exceptions can be made for exceptional posts with fewer words if they meet our quality standards.
✅ Since we will support good comments, the percentage of votes will be 10% to 15% depending on the quality of the comments.
✅ AI generated content from ChatGPT or other similar sites is not accepted.
According to the suggestion of the Steemit team, we will give some flexibility in these guidelines (not valid for plagiarism) for quality publications.
We will leave the following comment on each supported post indicating the name of the team member who awarded it.

Voting percentage
We will be voting with the steemcurator0 account, applying the following percentages to manage voting power for the benefit of a significant number of users. We will also consider giving an additional 10% if you support #burnsteem25. All this without neglecting the value of all those quality comments that encourage interaction within steemit.

At the end of each week, we will present a report with weekly statistics and the top seven posts selected by each member, plus the best comment of the week will receive a special mention.
