3 THINGS SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE DO EVERY DAY
Successful people are responsible for their success and achievements in life due to a lot of factors that they put in place.

A successful person would not just go to bed after the day's work and leave for work the next morning. No! Anyone who does this may blame people around them for failure and problems they encounter in the course of executing their duties.
There's one thing we should bear in mind and it's the fact that hard work pays, it could be in a year or two or three or even thirty years. You'd surely reap the rewards and benefits of working hard. Just be passionate and focused about what you do and never feel discouraged by the ups and downs but keep moving. That effort you make when you are weak and stressed out could be the one that would move mountains for you.
Here are some of the things successful people do daily before they go to bed.
1.) REFLECTION

One of the routines of successful people is that they reflect and review the activities of the day. The main reason for review is to check if they met the target that they set for the day. During the process of review, they ensure that all the goals that they planned to achieve are met. For reflection to be effective, it's advisable to plan your day before setting out in the morning. You may not have anything to reflect on if you didn't set a target.
2.) REFOCUS

The most successful man in the world is not perfect and may not meet the set target for the day or week, whichever the case may be. Talk less of most of us that are striving to be a successful and accomplished person. What differentiates a wise man from a foolish man is that a wise man will go back to the drawing board to re- strategize whilst a foolish man would let his setbacks define his life.
To be successful, persistence and determination is key. You have to refocus when you feel like you are derailing from your set goals. This is what makes you a successful person at the end.
3.) REST

Alan Cohen once said that there is virtue in work and there is virtue in rest. Use both and overlook neither. The importance of rest can not but be overemphasized. We renew our strength when we rest. Our body system feels refreshed and our ability to think as well as execute our functions well is improved.
Take some time to rest after each day's work. This would give the energy to perform well the following day. It is highly important.
These are some of the three activities that successful people do daily before they sleep in order to achieve excellence in their endeavors. The three points were painstakingly highlighted as you'd notice each of them starts with a 'R' - Reflection, Refocus and Rest.
