"North" // Oregon has many wonderful biomes, one, is the Alvord Desert. At night, in late summer, the Milky Way shines..
...bright here. If not, the weather usually creates beautiful sunrises or sunsets, in short, a landscape photographer's wonderland. The playa has beautiful cracks and patterns and makes for some great foregrounds (as seen below) the first photo.

This photo contains many, portrait orientation exposures and was stitched in photoshop into a panorama. The field of view is 180 degrees-ish of the Alvord Desert with Milky Way above.
Let's get a bit closer down to the cracked clay before sunset.. --
Sunset over the mountains/playa. If you haven't been to Alvord in Oregon, it's time to go.
Wow! I can't say anything, cause I just amazed!
Thanks!
I like the cracked clay shot.
and the Milky Way pano
...OK I like all three shots.

Awesome pictures ;)
Thank you!
ARCH! Full view is Outstanding, it's full of stars!
Love the rays on the clay 🌅
Been both sides of the area, hwy 95 and 395.
Next time will have to check out the middle.

Nice picture!
You got an upvote, so it would be kind to follow this account for more upvotes in the future :)
My apologies, but I must say that doing follow for follow and upvote for upvote is not really my thing and is honestly why I have left other social media platforms. I follow people that genuinely want to connect and whose content is interesting to me. Thank you for your comment, but asking for upvotes and follows is the opposite of what I respond to. Cheers.
