Perfect weather all year round (+programming idea)

We all know that weather affects how we feel and even our health. While one might enjoy cool temperatures for breathing in high level of oxygen, another cannot stand less than +30 °C "chills", while yet another wishes there were no precipitation at all. Unfortunately, we cannot control weather.

Or can we?

With this writing I want to share an idea. Imagine that you can always enjoy weather of your dreams. Well some people can. If your work and family conditions do not tie you to a place, you can always find a place in the world where current weather is to your taste. And if you have some financial freedom, you can just rent a place in that location.

Looking for a suitable place each month would be time consuming. But what if that would be done for you? Here goes programming idea to any talents out there.

This solution would allow user to enter parameters of his (hers) ideal weather, current location, number of relocations per year and accommodation preferences. It would then create a relocation plan with all flight and accommodation bookings which would offer ideal weather all year round. To create such a solution, one would need following components:

1. Way to check monthly temperature and precipitation averages in a given location.
2. Nearest airport finder and distance between locations calculator.
3. Flight finder.
4. Accommodation finder.

Components to this solution are already out there ready to be used with no to little efforts.

Website like, http://www.holiday-weather.com, allow you to check monthly temperature and precipitation averages in a given location. Webpage like, http://go.travelpn.com/car/PreClosestAirport.do?txnType=pickup, allows to find nearest airport. Flight finder, https://www.skyscanner.net/, allows handling flights. And www.booking.com or any other similar sites will find best accommodation options.

All that needs to be done is collection of data, rendering of a relocation plan, offering bookings to the user and possibly monetizing the system.
