I waited in line for a taxi ride at Dubai airport. When the taxi stopped, the first thing I noticed was that the cab was so clean and shiny.

The driver dressed in a white shirt, black tie, and black trousers jumped out and circled the car to open the passenger door for me.

He handed me the laminate card and said,
"I am Abdul.While I put your bag in the trunk I want you to read my mission statement."

I was surprised to read the card. It is said:

"MISSION STATEMENT:
To deliver customers to their destinations with the fastest, safest and cheapest and create a friendly environment. "

As I sat in the back, Abdul said,
"Do you want a cup of coffee?
I have a thermos and a decaf. "

I joked,
"No, I prefer soft drinks."

Abdul smiled and said,
"No problem, I have a cooler that contains regular and Diet Coke, lassi, water and orange juice."

Almost nervous, I said,
"I'll take Lassi."

While handing me a drink, Abdul said,
"If you want something to read, I have The NST, Star and Sun Today."

Then Abdul handed over another card:
"If I want to listen to the radio and music."

It seems not enough, Abdul said to me that this car has air conditioning and asked if the temperature of his air conditioner is comfortable for me.

Then he suggested me the best route to my destination for the day. She also informed me that she would be happy to have a chat and tell me about some sights or other places of interest.

I said,

Abdul smiled into the rearview mirror,
