Arriving to hospital - Lacks of my country

Hello everyone!

As I said before, a few days ago I suffered a fracture in my foot when I was playing soccer. One day after that I went to the Health institute of my country The IMSS (Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social), I´ve never been in the emergency room, so it was my first time.
I arrived to IMSS on monday at 17:00 hrs. And the emergency room was full of sick and fractured people, I've never seen so many sick people, I did all the necessary checks and after two hours the nurses finally attended me. The first thing that they did was take off the bandage and that caused me a lot of pain, I really screamed because of a lot of pain.

The saddest moment was when I was taken to the waiting room, the conditions in which they have the other patients are terrible because the hospital does not have enough equipment to attend to everyone and every day people arrive wounded either by a fracture or by a bullet or by anything else, this causes that the patients who arrive with any of these wounds are treated first and people while those in the waiting room have to continue waiting while his wound is put bad.

It is sad to see so many people ill, waiting for an opportunity to enter the surgery room, and sadder it is to see their relatives suffering for that lack of attention but if we turn to see the doctors they are always as without anything, they all They do it calmly, they even give their rest times and walk around the hospital, it's sad but that's one of the many lacks of my country.
