Yeah Eric! It's not just about the ability to turn content/information/digital products into crypto... It's about the underlying freedoms we have worked and sacrificed so much for. If we wanted the same centralized experience as we have on FB, Twitter, Instagram, etc. then why would we even bother to do anything new and revolutionary on the Steem Blockchain? There's really no point in being here on the Steem Blockchain without it maintaining it's decentralized status. It's something worth fighting for... and that's the thing about freedom... Freedom isn't free. There's always a price. In the case of Steem... The price is worth every day and dollar spent.
