Add info about the voting bot on the site

Currently I see a lot of confusion about the bot voting. People spend a lot of time contribution on Utopian and then have to wait anxiously to what will happen next. First they need to wait for the moderation team to review their entry. Some people have patience, some don't and go beg to be prioritized.

Once they see the redemptive message "Your contribution has been approved..." another wait starts. We know that the bot sometimes does not vote for an entry and thus the user is still unsure about the next step. Will the entry be voted on. I see many questions on the chat about this and the answer is always wait for the ext voting round. Many users don't understand when that will happen.

Therefore I propose to add a simple info box on the website like the one below that shows when the bot will start the next voting round:
