Something was fishy about South Koreas sudden u-turn against cryptocurrencies - I could smell it from the get-go, but wasn't able to pin it down. Now it turns out that insider trading might have taken placen, but case is that since cryptospace is in large unregulated, it isn't governed by the same laws covering f.e. commodities.

SK is among pioneers among crypto. I think it is safe to predict a ban will not happen.

Have a nice day,
Namaste my brothers!

I read about it today, I'm sure it's true. Chinese officials use their statements even more to influence the crypt market!

I believe so too. Can't make up my mind about how it will affect the long term growth of cryptocurrencies though.

Similar scandals have long been typical of crypto-currencies. I am also sure that both founders of coins and owners of exchanges are actively engaged in insider-trading. So I think, there will not be any special long-term influence from this event, since it is usual ))
