BATH TIME, AGAIN!
Yep, its that time again, bathtime!
As i've said before, Inca is a pretty good girl when it comes to bathtime, so good infact that my daughter can wash her on her own without any help. But today she really wasn't in the mood.
Her ears were back in most of the pictures, and she was trying to climb out of the water
The quicker we can dry her the better.
She looks so small and scrawny when she is wet, but she found the best place in the house to dry herself, right near the heater.
Looking at me like, why would you do this to me?

Classic "tolerant of bath" kitty expressions! Really cute and fun sequence with great shots. That's wonderful that even your daughter can bathe her! Two of my cats" tolerate" baths and claw-clipping; the three semi-feral kittens would kill me in the process; fur (theirs) and blood (mine) would be everywhere. Maybe in another year, I will try with them; it would be too traumatizing for them now. Thanks for making us smile!
Thanks for your comment. We used to rescue feral cats/kittens, we had around 25 at one stage, our vet would desex and vaccinate them cheaper than the usual rate. I would never have attempted to wash them, too risky. We loved them all though.

hahahaha that last picture is funny. She looks like she is giving you the look of 'I can't believe you gave me a bath after I just cleaned myself. Now I have to clean myself again'
Exactly, the reason we washed her is because she had rolled outside on the dusty vacant block, she walked in the house looking grey and not black, then she shook and the dust was like a cloud all around her. She's recovered alright though, she's curled up in our bed as I write this.

Aw, poor Inca. The rolling around in the dust at this time of the year is a real pain in the ass but I still wouldn't try bathing mine

Oh, the indignance of it all! I'm so glad my Humans don't force me to have baths; I've only had one bath after I'd walked through some oily substance on the floor and they were worried I'd get sick cleaning myself. And that was bad enough...
