Fake News 101
This is what fake news looks like.
The media doesn't like a certain person in power and so they try to throw dirt on this person's name at every chance they can get.
They apparently hate this person so much, they decided to create a completely false title, refute the title itself in the contents of the article, and then proceed to talk about Russia as if that narrative hasn't already been debunked.
(By the way, if there was any evidence regarding the alleged Russian relationship, I'm sure it wouldn't take a year for it to come out. The evidence would've simply just been released the moment it had been discovered.)
