Can A Blockchain Learn To Diagnose Disease?

Since my background is Healthcare Technology when my friend pointed out this up and coming project, I thought it was extremely interesting.
Full disclosure I have bought into their pre-ico. I am not giving investment advice in fact I think their goals are very ambiguous and in my experience Healthcare companies are extremely selective when it comes to adopting new technology. I just love the idea so much that I want to support it whether it pans out or not.

My entire commute home today I was thinking about a way to fund healthcare through a blockchain like Steem. I am not sure how it would work but because it had been on my mind your post caught my attention.
This project sounds amazing. I will be taking a closer look at it!
Blockchain technology has more potential and soon we will seeing it in every field of life. I have read some news that smartphones based on blockchain technology are coming to market very soon. Sooner we will be seeing robots being designed on it.
Blockchain technology is very versatile and I will not be surprised that it can even be more than that! Thank you @whatsup
right.
Blockchain allows for a revolution in the way humans do transactions by allowing peer-to-peer, decentralized networks to flourish. This technology is being applied to everything from voting to currencies, and now healthcare. So it is only natural that this technology will be applied to the soaring costs and disparate data around healthcare worldwide.
Agreed @whatsup,
Blockchain Brought revolutionary changes in our life, now everything should be possible here. that the world of cryptocurrency and i am proud that i am a part of it.
Thanks sir for your daily updates
Well thanks @whatsup for letting us know about it. i will surly check it out.
Everyone know about the revolution of Blockchain. So Surly it can be a worthy investment.
This is something that i will take my eyes on it.
Blockchain technology, for many in many sectors, is the technology.
If we want to describe this advanced technique in simple terms, Block Qin is a database or a new way of organizing data, but the way it is treated is different, as is its decentralized distribution (see decentralized network patterns in the middle of the 1967 picture when Paul Paran Distributed systems, central systems and decentralized systems).
Many confuse the role of the virtual currency and the Block Qin technique, which rewards shareholders by verifying the network by giving them after completing verification tasks in a virtual currency that may be btc or any other virtual currency.
I think we need to get together and talk!! I am part of a healthcare technology company that has developed an EHR!
On another note, this sounds like quite the project! I am going to save this and read more about it later today!
Cool, which one. We had a module with "coding" information that bundled with EHRs
It is a small one that was just started a few years ago and still in the development stage! It's called SoftAge Health. Insurance billing is definitely one of the biggest hassles out there. It boggles my mind that physicians have to document using snomed codes, but bill claims using ICD-10 codes..
I don't know how long you have been in the field, but I was the first full time employee of CodeCorrect.com which was acquired 4 times and ended up in the tool set of MedAssets.
We put ICD-9s on the Internet along with coding logic/Industry standards and more. We also created a EHR (ChartConnect) which was sold early on to one of the partners. It is a great industry and lots of fun.
This was definitely prior to my time in the industry and it has certainly come a long way since then! It is pretty impressive that you were full-time employee there!
I miss the days of ICD-9 codes!
I have been working in the field for the last 3-4 years, but my parents are both physicians and I have been involved with their practice for like 10 years!
Yeah, my role was changing by the time ICD-10s came along. We also created one of the first ICD-10 mapping programs. However, I didn't have to learn the codes and I was GLAD.
Many of my old co-workers are now at vitalware.com.
@whatsup,
Wow that would be a great Use Case for a ICO! I see a lots of use cases are now concerns of blockchain implementations. Here another amazing one! Few days back I heard about election based blockchain as well! This technology is at mass adoption! This is just a beginning by using blockchains like STEEM it already proven what it is capable to do!
One more thing I found a new use case for a blockchain app!
I will catch you at Discord chat on Monday to tell about it!
Cheers~
Wow, SkyChain is ambitious... 70% marketshare. That's a big number!
I like the concept though. I will have to check it out - Any ideas if they have a BitcoinTalk Ann page?
I agree... They are being extremely ambitious. I also think they may struggle to getting a foot in the door in that industry. I certainly am interested to watch them try though.
All of these ICO's are going to struggle getting a foot into any doors until cryptos are more widely adopted/used. I mean, until I can use a BurgerCoin at a Burger King, it's kinda hard to expect much in the short term... Maybe this year we could see it start? With all the hype going on right now, I could see more large merchants adopting crypto.
