Day 131: 5 Minute Freewrite: Tuesday-Prompt: solitude
Everyone wanted a piece of her; at work, at church, at home.
Arms and hands stretched out, encircling her; grabbing, tugging, pulling.
Voices cluttered her thoughts. Will you? Can you? I need you to do this and that.
Who? What? Where? When? Why?
Never knowing if she was coming or going; putting her bra on backwards didn't help. (What? Where the heck did that just come from?)
She needed just a few days of solitude, a short mental vacation. (especially after that last line.)
To the mountains she went and was embraced by nature.
No people, no phones, no questions, no demands. Only sweet sounds of nature to lure her brain.
Regroup, recharge, refresh, renew.
Now ready to re-board the hectic train of life, once more.
(I wonder if she will make any strange detours along the way, like I just did.)

Hmm a story about me. :-) I totally get that mental breakdown. Lol, that bra part got a "what?" out of me along with a giggle. Hate when they get put on backwards. :-)
