En primer lugar necesitamos una taza de cubitos de hielo, la vamos a agregar en la licuadora y también el equivalente a una taza de leche, es importante que la leche no sobrepase el nivel del hielo, por que el hielo es lo que le da la consistencia necesaria.

Necesitamos cacao en polvo sin azúcar, también puede servir chocolate puro sin azúcar, es también conocido como chocolate negro para hornear y postres, vamos a utilizar el equivalente a 2 cucharadas, luego vas a agregar azúcar pulverizada, pero como yo no tenia le agregue azúcar común.

Le añadimos café instantáneo al gusto, recuerda que esto es muy amargo y concentrado, así que depende de como lo quieras, yo le agregue un poco menos de una cucharada y fue suficiente.

Opcional puedes añadirle un poco de chocolate con azúcar si quieres un sabor un poco mas dulce y cremoso, encendemos la licuadora y mezclamos todo muy bien por unos minutos.
