Comprando los mejores aliños e ingredientes, para las mejores comidas. / Buying the best seasonings and ingredients, for the best meals.

Sin duda alguna los aliños le dan un sabor increíble a la comida, los condimentos son parte esencial de ella, y para que tu comida sea la mas sabrosa debes escoger muy bien los ingredientes que le vas a colocar, así que nada mejor que escoger verduras y hortalizas de buena calidad, al igual que las frutas con que acompañamos algunos platillos, como tomates, aguacates entre otros.

Without a doubt the seasonings give an incredible flavor to the food, the condiments are an essential part of it, and for your food to be the most flavorful you must choose very well the ingredients that you are going to put in it, so nothing better than choosing good quality vegetables, as well as the fruits with which we accompany some dishes, like tomatoes, avocados among others.

Cuando voy a comprar ingredientes con mi mamá, no estoy muy de acuerdo, por que ella se toma muchoooo tiempo mirando los aliños, los cambia, los vuelve a dejar en el sitio, vuelve a buscar otro poco y así esta por un rato, pero sinceramente el tiempo que se toma vale la pena, por que escoge los mejores, los mas verdes, y mas bonitos de aspecto, cuando ella hace estas compras los ingredientes duran aproximadamente 10 días en comenzar a dañarse, y cuando yo lo hago no pasan mas de 5 días jajaja, por eso ella tarda tanto escogiendo productos.

When I go to buy ingredients with my mom, I don't agree, because she takes a lot of time looking at the dressings, she changes them, leaves them on the site again, goes back to get some more and stays that way for a while, but honestly the time she takes is worth it, because she chooses the best, greenest, and prettiest looking ones, when she makes these purchases the ingredients last about 10 days to start getting damaged, and when I do it no more than 5 days go by hahaha, that's why she takes so long choosing products.

Nuestras compras suelen ser en un hipermercado llamado Garzón, pero como estamos en la semana de cuarentena radical, es básicamente imposible ir al este de la ciudad, ya que en la mayoría de las calles y avenidas principales esta la policía y no permiten el paso. Sin embargo tenemos una vecina que tiene una pequeña tienda de frutas con muy buenos precios, y productos de buena calidad, siempre compramos allí por que la atención también es muy buena.

Our purchases are usually at a hypermarket called Garzón, but since we are in the week of radical quarantine, it is basically impossible to go to the east of the city, since most of the main streets and avenues are policed and not allowed to pass through. However we have a neighbor who has a small fruit shop with very good prices, and good quality products, we always buy there because the attention is also very good.

Ademas a pesar de tener un puesto tan pequeño, tiene gran variedad de productos, y suele surtir su negocio todos los jueves, así que siempre tiene cosas frescas, poco a poco a ido creciendo y nosotros encantados de ayudarla a crecer mas.

In spite of having such a small stand, she has a great variety of products, and usually supplies her business every Thursday, so she always has fresh things, little by little she has been growing and we are happy to help her grow more.

Y bueno también aparte de comprar aliños para sazonar la comida, también es bueno comprar los alimentos de excelente calidad, como por ejemplo la carne y el pollo, en ocasiones hemos comprado carne muy grasosa a un precio muy alto, pero hemos encontrado sitios donde la carne de primera esta muy barata, y la verdad se nota la diferencia a la hora de prepararla.

And also good apart from buying seasonings to season the food, it is also good to buy excellent quality food, such as meat and chicken, sometimes we have bought very fatty meat at a very high price, but we have found places where the first class meat is very cheap, and the truth is you can tell the difference when preparing it.

Bueno al final de la mañana compramos poco, simplemente lo necesario para una semana mientras se acerca el día de hacer un mercado grande para evitar salir por lo menos 1 mes, ya que actualmente los casos de Covid19 aumentaron mucho en Venezuela, es mejor prevenir antes de tiempo que lamentar.
Esperamos pronto la semana de cuarentena flexible para poder comprar las provisiones necesarias para mi hogar.

Well at the end of the morning we buy little, just what we need for a week while the day of making a big market is approaching to avoid going out for at least 1 month, since currently the cases of Covid19 increased a lot in Venezuela, it is better to prevent before time than to regret.
We are waiting for the week of flexible quarantine to be able to buy the necessary supplies for my home.
