Munchhausen's disease
This is a simulative disorder, in which the guardian exposes the patient to the patient. For example, the parent of a child. In this case, everything becomes much more serious, because in some countries (for example, in the USA) this behavior falls under the articles "violence against the person" and "violence against the child". True, it is quite difficult to prove their sanity, because, as a rule, such guardians suffer from different forms of psychological illnesses.
Guardians do the same thing as patients with Munchhausen's syndrome - they forge the results of tests, make the child lie and invent symptoms. However, they go further: some parents poison their children, resort to strangulation and hunger. Outwardly, such guardians look very nice, polite people and in every way help doctors.
To determine the delegated Munchausen syndrome in a child such tendencies can help:
Frequent hospitalizations with unusual symptoms.
Deterioration of the state occurs only with the words of the guardian and never arises in the presence of the medical staff.
Traces of chemicals can be found in the child's body.
The child's condition worsens in the hospital and returns on arrival home.
There is a mismatch of tests taken at home and in the hospital.
Such guardians also had big problems in the family - perhaps violence or total disregard. They often fall into depression and have signs of psychopathy and mental disorders.
