My second vegetable from my harvest: Eggplant

Today I'm excited, after my first crop of peppers, now I have eggplants, after about
100 days, the aubergines take purple color, to warn that, already they are ready this way to be able to enjoy that rich vegetable.
In my country, Venezuela, this vegetable is widely grown, due to its warm climate and it is very consumed. When it comes to cooking, eggplant is so versatile that I can make it roasted, fried, stewed and even for creams. From very early I started to photograph it, so small and green.

Eggplant is a crop that requires a lot of sun and tolerates humidity, this makes it ideal for tropical areas with a warm climate, it is a perennial shrub that is grown as an annual plant.
How good it is to plant and then enjoy the fruits and vegetables.
