It's been a while since I've posted in the World of Xpilar... On the one hand, I'm very sorry about that, as I owe a lot to this Community in terms of support, information and ideas. I really like the open format overall and it has in part been the inspiration for my design of the Dream Steem Community. So at this point: thank you for everything!

Coincidence or skilful strategy? Last week, as part of a series of competitions, I asked: What colour is luck? The answers were varied (have a look around... ;-)) and my personal conclusion was: I don't really relate happiness to a specific colour, but somehow it should look BLUE... ;-))

My reason was and still is the association of vastness and freedom. Both the sky, which can come up trumps in very impressive shades of blue, and the sea, which shimmers in just as many different colours, and especially the combination of the two (!) always make me breathe a sigh of relief.

Es ist eine Weile her, daß ich in der World of Xpilar gepostet habe… Auf der einen Seite tut mir das unendlich leid, da ich dieser Community einiges zu verdanken habe an Unterstützung, Information und Ideen. Das offene Format gefällt mir ja insgesamt sehr gut und hat in Teilen Pate gestanden für meine Ausgestaltung der Dream Steem Community. Also an dieser Stelle einmal: dankeschön, für alles!

Zufall oder geschickte Strategie? Ich hatte in der vergangenen Woche im Rahmen einer Wettbewerbsreihe gefragt: Welche Farbe hat das Glück? Die Antworten waren vielfältig (schaut Euch gerne um… ;-)) und mein persönliches Fazit lautete: ich verbinde Glück eigentlich nicht mit einer bestimmten Farbe, aber irgendwie sollte es schon BLAU aussehen… ;-))

Meine Begründung lag und liegt in der Assoziation von Weite und Freiheit. Sowohl der Himmel, der in ganz beeindruckenden Blautönen trumpfen kann, also auch das Meer, das ebenso vielfältig schimmert, und insbesondere die Kombination aus beiden (!) lassen mich immer so richtig befreit durchatmen.
