Giant candy lined streets...Yes Please!!

Last year, just before Easter, I visited the Northern Portuguese city of Barcelos. It was my first time there and one of the streets were lined with these BIG fun Candies in celebration of the upcoming Holiday. It was very cool!!

I believe the name of this road is R. Antonio Barroso. Can anyone confirm? Has anyone else been and seen different things in the sky above the street?
