Free will is an illusion. Even simple choices have a complex process behind them. Choosing a banana over an orange or apple isn't as random as we think!
Yes. How many processes are going on in your body? How many do "you" "control"?
We don't. None of them. We are complex biological machines. Accepting this is important haha

Lol. Acceptance right? I remember having a discussion on this topic some time ago here on this platform, some people would vehemently refuse to believe that the one thing they feel they have control over is really not theirs to control. I believe we just have to man
Of course! There is always a reason why we end up choosing tit over tat but with the number of choices we make in our lives, we just fail to realize how much of our decisions are influenced by external considerations. We just don't realise that at the primitive level our 'free will's is indeed very influenced and so we assume we have autonomy.
