I do still have them but through meditation and practice most days I can set the pain aside to go on with my day.....unless it gets really really bad and then I retreat to a dark room to allow it to run its course.....

I remember when I was in school late 80's to early 90's and then after I was always getting a headache until I vomit. Little that I knew that it was the prelude to my kidney failure years after.

Im really not concerned with your suspicions. I actually am somewhat fed up with steemit. What caused me to retract my post, and i may continue to retract was the suscpicions ive had over other chronic pain sufferers. A couple inparticular. I was wanting to build a network and support group to help each others but it seems a shady topic. I may change to gardening. I will send you the user that threw me over the edge. Not sure if she is genuine or not but it just snapped me. Ty for your concern.

Gardening is a good choice. I have gardened for a few years now and can vouch for it's therapeutic effects. It's a good way to disengage and simply find reward in the life your hands nourish over time. I'm not a stressful person but the times when I was a little edgy I could instantly realize how beneficial it was to simply tend to one's garden.

My father started some tomato plants for me so i will start there. Yum. I actually have some land and have been pondering farm type businesses.

Esteem is an app which you use your steemit account on. I havent used it yet but supposedly works smoother....
