Studio update 24 – sold a painting!

Hello steemit. I bring to you this studio update where I have sold a painting. It is a painting that I made in 2016. Summer of 2016 was a strange time for me, I quit my job painting houses and used the money in my bank account to pay rent and work on art full time. It was a dark time in my life because I was on the precipice of change. My girlfreidn broke up with me and I didnt know where I was going with life. I did a series of paintings where I would make colorful abstract pictures and then reveal good parts of the picture using white. The piece I sold was one that I made really fast, only about 2 sessions it took to call it done.
