Accounts with more than one language ?

Hi there !

My content here at D.Tube is english (because i think with english language i can reach more people from around the world) But i wish to make also some german language content with blogging and more personal stuff. For this i registered 10days ago a new steemit account with another email and another Phonenumber.But until then i heard nothing so i descided to eventually mix those two languages with one account? But is this really a good idea ? I mean, when i want to follow an Account here on steem with german language and then he or she makes suddenly content also in spanish, italien and french, i think i would unfollow this person (Sorry for that!)

BUT hey, this is steemit, and maybe the rulez are not to compare with other plattforms. So please guys, give me your oppinion about this case. Is it possible to make content in different languages without to loose followers ?
