[ENG] Strawberry Puree and Strawberry Latte

Strawberry puree is one of the ways that we can enjoy enriched strawberry’s sweet flavor, and also it is easy to make too! Soft and popping strawberry, tender milk, and beautiful pink color amuse us when we take strawberry latte. For the strawberry season, why don’t we make strawberry puree and spread the happiness around?

Ingredients

1 bottle size (1L)
500g strawberries (20 berries)
500g white sugar
1 lemon or 4 tablespoons lemon juice

Strawberry Latte

1 cup / 1 serving
3 tablespoons strawberry puree
2 strawberries
1 cup milk

Instructions

STEP 1) let strawberries in vinegar-water bath (1L water + 1 tablespoon vinegar) around 1 min. Rinse under running water and drain. Remove the stems off the berries and mash with fork or cut into small pieces.

STEP 2) Place strawberries and sugar in a large bowl, and combine with lemon juice.

STEP 3) Sugar is dissolved, put the puree into a sanitized glass bottle and seal it.
(Store the bottle at room temperature for half day, and move to a refrigerator for 2 days)

STEP 4) Pour strawberry puree – milk – chopped strawberry in order to make strawberry latte.
(Add or subtract the mount of puree to your preference)
