Live my few month life in Chile to the fullest it is!
Chile is the 5th Largest exporter of wine in the world. Oooh you have no idea how much wine is sold in supermarkets here in Chile. The secret to rising and quality of Chilean wines is the Carménère.
I actually didn't know about his type of wine till I went shopping with my housemate from France the other day. Carménère is Chile’s signature grape and it is the deepest, darkest, and purplest of all red grapes. Smooth and well-rounded tannins. I'm glad I had a chance to try a bottle and I think next grocery shopping, it will be all Carménère and nothing else.
Hiding behind a sugar dose
Luckily (?), I have a pastry just 2 mins walk from the house. I go there every 2 days to stock up my sweet shelf. The other day while shopping in a supermarket, I also found this brand of brownie, and omg became my fav suddenly so, I have been enjoying my sweet lives these days.
Not too bad as it sounds. As there's so much time at home and I try to spend it wisely. I started to exercise, finally. Mostly, dance workout for 30 minutes a day, and hopefully, it burns at least a bit of those desserts in my belly.
I have a thing for pineapple
My favorite fruit of all time and it's so easy to find here in Chile. Love to eat it just by it self. Love it with yogurt, granola and honey. The most refreshing combo ever and it's healthy! Early in the morning or an afternoon snack. All good!
Love pineapple with melted chocolate. It's just yum! Same idea as chocolate fondue but you can do it easily by just using a simple chocolate bar melted in a microwave for 30 seconds and dump a load ton of pieces of pineapple in. mmmm!
Also, just so you know, breakfast in bed is the best breakfast.
Not making life so complicated
While I spend a few times a day cooking, my most favorite things to cook is either salad or steak. As it's just quick, easy, and delicious.
This was a dish from yesterday, some lettuce, tomatoes, beef, fresh cheese... This is a bit weird, I don't think I have eaten cheese like this one. It almost feels like I eat tofu but still some tiny bit of taste that still reminds me it's cheese! Honestly, not a big fan. Though, it's so hard to find feta cheese here where I live. I'm gonna need to find a new favorite cheese for salad. Any suggestions?
