Pretty Capitola Beach and the shocking $6 a slice PIZZA MY HEART 🍕
It'a sunny day so we headed to a beach! The one we've never been before even though I have been on and off Santa Cruz for 4+ years that it seems like it's my second home already. Anyways, First time visiting this high-rated beach village,
Where have you been all this time in Santa Cruz?
Well, I figured I'm more like a downtown girl kind of so, I always find myself ending up somewhere downtown Santa Cruz or Santa Cruz Beach boardwalk and around there if I ever have a chance to go into the city. Those are quite pretty spots.
The other day, I posted a video about something Santa Cruz and someone gave me some suggestion to go visit Capitola. I was like 'I love KAITO ramen in Capitola' then a few days later, randomly found out that there's much more to Capitola than just Delicious ramen and Penny Ice-creamery, so yeah, where have I been all this time?
Capitola Beach
Capitola is the Pacific coast’s oldest seaside resort town with its vintage beach community, galleries and boutiques decorate the quaint streets of Capitola Village
We didn't have that much time so we hung out there strolling around and flying drones for like an hour. All the houses look all pretty. Some were Victorian houses and some almost look Mexican/Spanish because of its brightly colorful colors.
So many shops, restaurants, and cafes. I do wish I had more time to walk around and stuff my tummy with all those good looking food. Totally a good hangout spot and it would make a super-duper daycation. So much to do and to eat. Also, the fact that it's just right by the Capitola Beach/Capitola State Beach makes it even prettier and more fun.
Pizza my heart at Capitola Village
We were not hungry but still, it's some kind of craving. We stopped by for a pizza, Pizza my heart. One of the Santa Cruz classics. We went to one of the shops one time and almost feel like it's a surfing theme pizza or something (Santa Cruz: Surf city!). Though, I didn't remember it was this expensive.
The pizza boy: 'And that will be $6' said..
Kev: 'Dang, $6'
Mo: '...' Stunned
But hey, it was a good pizza, at least. Also, we're just right by one of the most beautiful beach towns in Califonia dream! What do you expect?
That's it for now for this beautiful beach town, Capitola Beach and Capitola Village. We're flying to Vegas tomorrow already so it won't be enough time to go explore some more. Next time in Santa Cruz though, will sure do! Love it Love it! For now, enjoy the drone shots by DJI Mavic mini.
