Good life
Last year, exactly when I was in Taiwan around this time. A friend who publishes magazine in Japan asked if I could simply write about 'Good Life'.
Only that.
One year has passed and no, it's still not published. He said sorry and asked if I would love to have a look and changed something a bit. Believe it or not. The whole entire paragraphs changed.
Time changes, things change, people change.
My correction for ' Good life '
Good life sounds like something that shouldn’t be that difficult to define. I think it depends.
You love it so much to have that freedom. That feeling when you could feel like you’re so blessed to be able to go to watch sunset every single day without having to worry that you need to go home and rest so that you could go to work early the next day. Next think you know, you ask yourself a question ‘What have I been doing in life?’ when you see people around you have been succeeding with their long term commitment..
You love it so much to have a lot of people around. you all mingle, you all tinkle. The booze gets you to that good level of tipsiness. Lots of laughters and chit-chatting. Lots of smiles combined with awkwardness. Next thing you know, when a party is over, you are so down and it’s so underwhelming. You feel empty and you just can’t keep it running forever. A party somehow gotta be over..
You love it so much to fall in love and have that butterflies fly around in your stomach. It makes you feel alive and be young again. Next thing you know, you have already committed to your life partner whom you will be living with for the rest of your life and have such a lovely family with a few kids together. The butterflies would never be back again..
People have their own lifestyles and passions. There would never be one exactly alike. We live our own lives and be with our own faiths. If we could learn to appreciate what we have and be honestly happy with it, that would be it.
Just simply be so in love with it. Just sincerely appreciate it.
Almost sounds like the easiest thing to do. I think it's quite tricky..

I don't know if it's the SF effect but I guess my vision of a good life changed as well, and it's probably for the best.
