Death Railway - Kwai Bridge - Rice field Cafe - Raft House | Kanchanaburi to Erawan Waterfalls VLOG
Another part of Kanchanaburi Vlog! It's day 2 and we have done quite a lot. Started the day with this cute little coconut shop with a big guard dog coconut chihuahua. He's just too cute. Then, we're off too the famous rice porridge behind the cemetery right in the center of Kanchanaburi City (We actually went to the one besides the famous one but it's already good). Sweeten it up with some mango sticky rice by Mae Urai Mango Sticky Rice. If you're looking for something / what to eat in Kanchanaburi, especially for breakfast.. Those 2 are highly recommended!
After a big Thai street food for breakfast, we went visit Kwai Bridge (Kwai Yai River) and the Death Railway Kanchanaburi. On the way going to Wat Tham Sua (The vlog will be out real soon!), we're lucky enough to get lost so that we found out about this super duper cool cafe called 'Meena cafe', one of the best and interesting cafe I have been to yet!! Like, really!
Then we rode for almost 2 hours to get to the town closest to Erawan Waterfalls, Tha Kradan. For Erawan Waterfall accommodation, we just randomly found this awesome raft house just right on the Kwai river and 8 mins ride to the waterfall itself. Clean and comfy. It got a big balcony for you to chill and to jump off the raft (?). It's just so nice to stay there right on the river with all the nature surrounding.
Our first day - Bangkok to Kanchanaburi :
