... doesn't sound so right.. Just like any other women, I quite concern about aging. Looking through the photos from the Steem Fest 4 and this one just kind of hint me a question 'Does caffeine affect aging?'
We all always just talk about the egergy we get from a cup of coffee. The great aroma and taste we're kind of addicted to but hey, seriously, do we forget to look into some facts a cup of coffee may cause.
Here's some conclusion : Caffeine is like any other diuretic; it can make you excrete fluid, and deplete your body of moisture. Anything dehydrating can dehydrate your skin, making it look dull and aged. It also causes inflammation and collagen loss which in turn leads to sagging skin and wrinkles.
Screammm! Now what's next.

Wrinkles makes the man (in your case woman)! Really wrinkles are sexy and I always tell people they are from smiling a lot. People who don’t smile look like botox baby’s 👶 so don’t stop nipping from that coffee and keep on smiling😎

It definitely is...hoping the smoothie counter acts the coffee 😂.My favourite daily smoothie consists of pure collagen with vitamin c;almond milk;banana;Blueberries & chia seeds 😊😋 let me know if u try it and enjoy it 😋 It's yummy 👌
