我不是大廚之《胡椒雞肉塊》
冰箱裡只有雞胸肉，怎麼處理？
方法簡單啦！新手的你也不怕做不出來…
簡單的調味料就可以煮出一道美味的菜餚了…

簡單材料：
500克 雞肉塊
1湯匙 醬油
適量 鹽巴
適量 胡椒（需壓碎）
黑醬油
製作：
▆ 把全部調味料倒入攪拌均勻，醃製15分鐘 或 半小時。（也可加點黑醬油，這依個人喜好）
▆開中火倒油，油開始滾了轉換為小火，
再把雞肉塊放入慢火煎。
▆慢火煎大約3至5分鐘，再翻另一面，兩面煎至看見金黃色，那就可以上座啦。
（不確定是否熟透，可以用筷子戳入，能戳進去就代表熟透了）
