GE - 3D Printing Machine - American Innovation in China
Here we have a General Electric 3-D Printing machine available in China. As part of my study tour, I got the chance to visit this high tech laboratory in China and I was totally blown away.
Here is the fine dust that the 3D printer uses to build the modules and it basically allows us to build ANYTHING!
It is so cool to be able to take any idea in your head and turn it into reality at the push of a button.
What is more amazing is that this facility in China encourages start-ups, SMEs and students to develop their ideas and concepts into reality and these individuals may not have the resources to buy these equipments on their own but with this set up by the government, all ideas become accessible to the everyday people.
Here is the building blocks of the 3D printer again.
On reflection, I think I was quite privileged to be granted permission to view a government QA facility and also be allowed to take photos.
It is with careful consideration that I decided to show a few photos to let my friends see the advancement of China and their willingness to trade and be open.
