What type of food do I like and why do I like this type of food?

Hello,all of my steemit friends how are you all today.I am fine today.I am Wasim Khan Sujon.I am a Bangladeshi but I live in South Korea.Today I want to share what type of food do I like and why?

Food is something we have to eat to keep our body healthy and fit.It is an important part of our life.There are several types of food.People prefer food according to their taste.People,s choice of food depends on the country and environment they grow up.Our choice of food reflects the culture of our country.In Bangladesh the majority of people prefer rice,lentil and fish.For me the choice is the same as well.

Generally,I prefer food with lots of fishes and vegetables and rice.There are several reasons for liking this type of food.First of all,fish and vegetables are very nutritious.Secondly,they are easy to digest.Finally,we can cook them very costly.Yes,I can cook these foods.Whenever I have some free time,I try to cook this food.I enjoy cooking these type of dishes.

There are some differences between Bangladeshi food and fast food.First of all,fast food are not healthy.On the other hand,home made meal is also cheap and good for health.Fast foods are becoming very popular in Bangladesh ,especiallly among the youngs.while,Bangladeshi food is much healthier.We can prepare these foods very easily.
