She battles everyday
Just to make ends meet
To put clothes upon your back
And shoes upon your feet
She's there when you need a shoulder
Or a roof above your head
She's there to pick you up
And make sure that you are fed
She brightens up the day
Even when she's feeling glum
So don't take her for granted
As you only get one mum.
