La avispa asiática (Vespa Velutina) es una plaga predadora invasiva que viene de Asia. Este tipo de avispa se ha convertido en un serio problema para los apicultores debido a su agresiva y efectiva manera de exterminar a las abejas productoras de miel europeas y a las abejas salvajes.
