The key to remember when it comes to visualization is that you do not have to force yourself to do it. You can just simply visualize something, and allow it to enter your mind and make you let it go. By visualizing things, you are training your brain to accept new things. Remember that visualization is also an important tool in learning how to let go. You just have to keep visualization as a tool for living your life in a positive manner. It will help you get rid of all your problems in the future.

To visualize, you just have to imagine the good things that are going to happen in the future. Imagine yourself in complete luxury, having a good time with your loved ones. How would you feel if those good things will start happening right now? How would you feel when you will finally become famous and you will have enough fame that people will admire you? If you are able to visualize all these things, you will eventually start believing those things.

With this connection, you can actually use visualization for letting go. You can start visualizing all the times that you felt sorry for yourself and for everyone around you. You can also visualize being happy and relaxed. Once you have done so, you will find that you are no longer stuck in a rut of suffering and pain.
