If you're ready to change the way you set your goals then it's time you take a new approach. The old way was to try to push yourself beyond your current capabilities, to reach for the sky and beyond. It doesn't work anymore, and you're better off with a realistic approach than the unrealistic one.


So what does a new approach mean? Basically it means taking the time to get into the habit of setting goals in the proper perspective. So, what is it about setting goals in the proper perspective that makes them more likely to be achieved? There are actually many things involved. Here's a look at the three factors:

The first thing that makes goals more likely to be achieved is that they are in line with your life goal. To understand this, it helps to take a look at some examples. Say for example that you want to run a marathon. If that goal is out of reach for you right now, your best bet for getting there is to set a goal that will get you there. In this case you need to set a goal that will get you up to date on your training, your nutrition and so forth.

You need to set a goal where your mind and body can be able to function at maximum efficiency. This may mean that you need to put in a bit of extra exercise in order to get the most out of your workout sessions. But even if you have to do that, it'll be worth it.
The second thing is that you need to set the goal in terms of the amount of time that it will take you to reach the end goal. You don't want to set a goal that is too big. That's like saying you need to work out every morning and every night - it won't do you any good. But if you set a goal that's too small you won't get much out of it.

The third factor is to set the goal in terms of your motivation. If you're not motivated to succeed, then you won't be motivated to make the effort. If you aren't motivated, then you'll be just as disappointed if you don't see results as you would if you set a goal that's too big to accomplish. for the time that it takes. takes you to complete it.

Once you figure out how to set your goals in terms of these three factors, it's time to start implementing the strategy. There are many different ways to help keep you motivated. motivated, but when you find the ones that work best for you, stick to them.

In order to change how you set your goals you need to make some changes in your thinking. That is, change the way that you look at your goal. Now that you know what it is about and what it takes for you to achieve it, change your mindset. You'll find that with the right attitude, your goal will come more easily.

Set yourself small goals. When you set small goals you can accomplish a lot more in a day. As long as you stick to the goal and continue to do your daily activities you will achieve the results you were looking for. So long as you continue to be motivated and focused on the goal, you should be able to accomplish it in a day. Now that you know how to set goals, it's time to start putting them into action.

Start walking and exercising today. Try to do it for 30 minutes every single day. Set aside the time for it. You'll find that by doing this you'll begin to set goals that you can accomplish in a matter of days. You'll find that you will see results.


You can also find a program or a trainer or support group if you feel the need to. The more you are in tune with your body, the more likely you will achieve your goals.
The more you know about how to set goals, the easier it becomes for you to achieve them. So long as you set them in terms of the three factors described above, you will be able to make the most out of your goals.
