The legal condition that “all three heirs must agree” is kept intact and becomes a central plot in your version of story.
Your version of the story refers to Julie's brother alternately as Daniel and Daniya, and at one point implies the father died at 23 while also having children who are old enough to travel and investigate a will. These inconsistencies seriously hurt immersion and coherence.
