90 Day Workout Challenge Day 52
Day 52
Had a great day today at work and in the gym. Took a break from sketching today, so I could get back to my roots and try and help some of my fellow minnows grow by dropping some tips! Today I talked all about how discipline can lead to freedom in all aspects of your life! Check it out on my blog if you’re interested!
I didn’t get some bad news today, so I really hit the weights to blow off some steam, and I feel great! I can really notice the gains aseptically and physically! I am so mad I didn’t take a day one picture because you all would’ve been astounded!
Workout
Today I hit my chest, arms, and core pretty hard! The following exercises I did 3 sets of 10 repetitions!
- Incline Bench
- Chest Press
- Tricep Pull Down
- Flys
- Forward Traps
- Side Traps
I completed 3 sets of 25 of the following core exercises.

Weighted Side Crunch
As you can see I really hit the gym hard today! Being disciplined and staying consistent has really brought me far over the last 52 days and I can’t wait to see how I feel after day 90! Yeah I actually increase them between sets and weeks! Most depending on how I’m feeling that day!
And yeah haha my t-shirt is hella tight on me today! I’m so happy 😭😭
