90 Day Workout Challenge Day 28

Day 28

Oh boy, did I have a great workout today! I believe looking at the markets right before I left for the gym did the trick! Not even leaving my headphones at home could stop me from pushing through my two mile run and hitting the wrights hard again today!

I really need to look up some more specific lifting excercises to do because losing fat and gaining muscle is all about consistency, and if i'm not focused on how I use my time in the gym, i'm afraid I won't progress much when this 90 days is up!

Workout

I started todays workout with a two mile run at 7.8 mph, finishing in 15:30 minutes! I followed this up with a series of lifts consisting of 3 sets of 10 reps.

  • Lat Pull-Down
  • Single Arm Row
  • Tricep Pull-Down
  • Hammer-curls

Hard work, consistency, and patience are the only way your going to get fit and succeed in the crypto space! I hope everyone held strong through the dips! Here's too many more days of green!
