90 Day Workout Challenge Day 46

Day 46

Good evening my fellow Steemians! Had a pretty good day because I finally took my first step into becoming an artist! I posted my first sketch a little earlier of my favorite wall crawling super hero, which wasn’t the best, but everyone has to start somewhere!

I’m very grateful to this challenge and this community because I was able to derive the motivation to get somewhat back in shape! I’m positive that if I continue to draw everyday, I’ll see some major improvements in a few weeks, so I’m pumped! If it’s one thing I know, hard work, consistency, and patience will get you almost anything in this life, so I’m excited to keep on learning and growing!

Workout

Today I did a cardio and core day, finishing my 2 mile run in 14:55 minutes. I started at 7.8 mph, and increased the speed all the way up to 8.3, which was way easier than Monday. Looks like the day off really helped! I also did my normal push-up circuit and 5 sets of core exercises, consisting of 50 reps each!

  • Bicycle
  • Toe Touches
  • Back Raises
  • Side Crunches

Sort:  

Solid pace for 2 miles! How often are you mixing up your core exercises? I used to do the same 5 every time I ran, but found that mixing them up helped get much better results (back when I was skinny enough to see the different abs getting definition!)

I actually never switch up my core unless I decide to do weighted abs! Thanks for the advice, I’ll deff switch it up!
