为武汉加油,不要过度消费口罩,特别是普通民众不需要N95口罩

口罩的作用,主要是防止批量的病毒通过口鼻进入体内.

如果只是空气中极少量的病菌进入体内,大多数人的免疫系统都能应付.否则日常早就病倒了.

其实,普通人在通风和空旷的地方,也不是必须佩戴口罩.也只是在人员密集或密闭公共场所需要佩戴口罩.

而且普通民众使用一次性医用口罩即可，也可用纸质口罩、海绵口罩、活性炭口罩、布面口罩、棉纱口罩等普通口罩,或者用棉布+卫生纸的方式自制。

即使正常工作生活时，买不到口罩，民众也可戴任何遮掩口鼻的物品，只要勤换勤洗就行。

关键时期,大家减少出行,减少不必要的医用物资的浪费和哄抢,就是对武汉最大的支持.
