How are dreams formed?

in #life7 years ago (edited)

Recently I had an experience that gave me a realization of how dreams form and wanted to share the experience and thoughts I have. By no means is this factual rather one of many perceptions.

This all happened when I was sleeping one night and you know how sometimes you get into a deep thought about things. You jump from one memory to the next thought and the next. You are conscious of it and at the same time not to aware of what's really happening. What if these are coming from combinations of your conscious, unconscious and subconscious minds? Was that really happening, maybe.

First you have to step into the realm of metaphysics, philosophy and have an open mind about this. Think about what the spirit and the possibility that there is a force that holds and connects everything together. Let’s call it willpower, though I like the term spirit better but for the sake of it we’ll use willpower for now (Puns intended). This willpower is the moving force that makes all of existence able to run on. To some people they call this the force of god(s) but its all the same.

The memories you have and I do mean all of them are stored somewhere whether it’s your body, mind or soul. As infants, we gather information before even came out of the womb. We keep gathering and gathering till at some point we gather enough that an awareness starts to form. The strongest of the memories begin to move and gravitate to others memories. The willpower of the memories start to connect and more connections form. A spark of consciousness comes to life and becomes aware of all the other memories. Like all of life, we want to connect to other things that are similar beings to ourselves. And the constant gathering of information allows us to connect to new memories.

So how does any of that has to do with dreaming? Well dreams are just simply a collection of memories that come together by the willpower you have. Strong thoughts that you have coming from all different parts of your memory is brought into the light. The mind begins to run simulations of those those memories and images begin to appear. Visualizations becomes strong enough for dreaming to happen. This is why sometimes the most vivid dreams have a stronger impact to your being because a dream experience is also a formation of a new memory that becomes a part of you. And with new memories, means new way of awareness. This is also why sometimes the people who forget their dreams or don’t dream at all are subjected to lower states of consciousness and act out of egoish ways. They try to take the willpower from others since generating their own is far too challenging for them. In the spiritual community, they are referred to as energy vampers.

Though I can going for a while linking one subject to the next, this post is about how dreams are formed. Hopefully these experiences provides a little insight to the non-physical. And also a big shout out to my guides that lead me to this conclusion; to Astro Solsin and the whole RTM community at http://www.reprogramthematrix.com/
